You are a Landscape Architect: Budget: $15000          

 

Design a yard to build a house. The lot size is 600               square meters. All area must be landscaped. The house footprint is 25% of your yard.(150 square meters)

You must include the following:

- Grass

- 6 trees (1 m2 each)

- vegetable garden at least 8m2

- outdoor seating at least 10m2

- A fenced section at least 20 m2

-Parking for two cars at least (16 m2)

 

Prices: per square meter:

Turf (grass sod) = $ 3

Cement= $10

Gravel=$3

Patio- Plywood= $5

          Cedar= $10

Brick= $4

Vegetable Garden- $2

Pool= $50

Pond= $30

Trees=$40 (take up 1 m2)

Fence (2 M long)= $10

Sprinkler System=$1 / m2 of grass
